Casa Italiana

MQ Architecture were the exhibition designers for a show hosted at Casa Italiana Zerilli-Marimò featuring the work of acclaimed Italian artist duo Ornaghi & Prestinari. The exhibition unveiled their multimedia works which blended sculpture-installations with works on paper and wood. Known for their spontaneous and unpredictable approach, Ornaghi & Prestinari transformed everyday objects like coffee machines and beer bottles into alabaster sculptures, transcending their familiar essence to a new dimension. Our role as exhibition designers allowed us to collaborate closely, creating an immersive environment that enhanced the impact of their artworks.

The exhibition became a testament to the transformative power of art, inviting viewers to explore the profound layers of meaning within each piece.
