Javier Nuñez

Architectural Designer

Born and raised in Spain, he graduated from the Technical University of Madrid, UPM, where he completed both his Bachelor in Architecture and his Master in Architecture at ETSAM, after spending part of his studies at TU Graz in Austria. He has joined MQ Architecture after winning the Fundación Arquia scholarship competition, bringing with him a broad architectural profile shaped by his years at ETSAM and by his interests within and beyond the architectural field.

His work reflects a deep interest in architectural culture and in all aspects of design and art. Following his experience at ÁBATON in Madrid, as well as his participation in independent competitions and collaborations with university professors, he developed a particular focus on residential architecture and renovation, while maintaining a wider curiosity for projects of different scales and programs. With a sensibility shaped by diverse cultural and creative references, he combines creativity with technical precision.
